The Utgarde Keep Dungeon is located in Utgarde Keep at Wyrmskull Village on Daggercap Bay in Howling Fjord, Northrend. This is a requirement for the Elders of the Dungeons achievement and is only available while Lunar Festival is active. The Lunar Festival Elder, Jarten the Elder, is located after the first boss on both Normal and Heroic. Bosses: Prince Keleseth, Skarvald the Constructor and Dalronn the Controller, Ingvar the Plunderer.Nearest Flight Point: Valgarde Flight Point (Alliance), New Agamand Flight Point (Horde).
